By using FareChance Communities, you agree to publish accurate, honest Community Picks on behalf of your organization. Submitted content is subject to review before it appears in the FareChance app. FareChance reserves the right to remove content or revoke access for policy violations.
Community-Sponsored Premiere is an optional program that lets your organization purchase FareChance Premiere memberships for local businesses. Your organization is billed for the sponsorship package it purchases; sponsored businesses are not charged. Sponsorships never influence which businesses appear in your Community Picks. Full terms are in the Premiere Terms of Service, Section 7.
Community Partner Pricing is a separate, FareChance-granted status that lets your organization share a code giving local businesses a discount on their own direct Premiere subscription. Your organization is never billed for this; the business pays its own discounted rate. Full terms are in the Premiere Terms of Service, Section 7A.
These Terms are between you and FareChance LLC. They are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin. Questions? Contact support@farechanceapp.com.
